Kim began her journey in real estate in 2014 as the Office Manager for Carolina Mountain Sales, where she thrived in a fast-paced environment and gained extensive hands-on experience working alongside seasoned Asheville real estate professionals.

Her expertise grew further when she served as an Assistant to a Top 100 Broker | REALTOR® in Asheville, developing a deep understanding of transaction management and the full lifecycle of a real estate deal. These roles strengthened her operational knowledge and sharpened her insight into the dynamic Asheville and Western North Carolina markets—an area she knows intimately as a lifelong native.

After years supporting agents and top producers, Kim transitioned into full-time real estate sales, bringing with her a comprehensive foundation in brokerage operations, client service, and contract-to-close management. She leverages this unique background to guide her clients with confidence, clarity, and a truly holistic perspective.

Beyond her professional life, Kim spends part of her time as a high school cheerleading coach, a role that enhances her leadership, communication, and team-building skills. She is a devoted mother to four children—three girls and one boy—and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, enjoying Asheville's thriving music scene and being with her family.
