Finding Your Feeling of Home
Hey, It’s Kim!
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely looking for more than just a house with a specific number of bedrooms and a certain square footage. You’re looking for a feeling.
I’ve always believed that real estate is about much more than contracts and closing costs. It’s about helping someone find the space where their soul can actually breathe. It is about helping them find a place to land, but also feel inspired and come to life.
After a decade of working as an Office Manager and being dedicated to agent growth and support, my approach is a bit more grounded. I believe in:
· Intuition over Algorithms: Data is great, but does the house feel right when you walk through the door? For many, this is the biggest purchase of their life, and you want to come home to something you love and feel connected to.
· Authentic Connection: I’d rather have a deep conversation over a cup of coffee or tea than a rushed phone call while stuck in traffic. Providing my clients and myself with the opportunity to learn about one another often can help get a better sense of the type of home that would best suit their lifestyle.
· Community Roots: I’m a big believer in supporting the local artisans, the hidden hiking trails, local musicians, and the quiet corners of Western North Carolina that bring this setting to life.
The world of real estate can feel loud, clinical, and—honestly—a little overwhelming. I am focused on finding environments that offer peace amidst the hustle. In the coming weeks, I would love to share Market Realities-without the fluff, tips on styling your space-such as natural textures, local finds, sustainable living, etc., and local treasures of Western North Carolina that showcase people and places that give our Asheville and surrounding neighborhoods their unique heartbeat.
Whether you’re ready to plant new roots or you’re just here for a bit of inspiration, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Buying or selling a home is a huge transition, and I would
love to help you move past the paperwork and into a space that really feels special.
With gratitude,
